Cancellation Policy and Other General Info

Just a refresher and for new clients as well:

 

Effective immediately: 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all new client appointments. This deposit will go towards your service(s) and can be paid by E-Transfer to wishofbliss@gmail.com

I require a MINIMUM of 24 hours for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. I work for myself and if clients no show or cancel without adequate notice, I don’t have time to find someone else to take that spot and essentially, am working for free. No one likes to do that. Having said that, if you continually book then cancel or reschedule, you may be asked for a non-refundable deposit of 50% to hold a spot for you and will be used towards your next service.

Failure to show up to your appointment or cancel without at least 24 hours notice ~ your deposit will be used as a “no show fee” and another 50% deposit will be required to rebook. Your appointment will be cancelled if you fail to send the deposit within 48 hours of booking it. 

NO call, NO show, NO MORE appointments

Please be on time. If you are late (10 minutes or more) you may be asked to reschedule.

If you are early (15 minutes or more) you may be asked to wait until your scheduled time. This is the time I use to clean and disinfect my tools, have a bite to eat, use the washroom, get a few minutes of fresh air etc. My appointment times are longer than most salons, so you never feel rushed, and I do not sacrifice quality to save time. *** If you are planning a lot of nail art, please inform me at time of booking, because that may require even more time. I do not like rushing to hand-paint ten fingers knowing my next client is waiting on me, or whatever the case may be ;) I schedule my days to avoid clients having to wait for their appointment. Situations may arise that are out of my control which may extend the time an appointment takes. I will do my best to communicate any unforeseen delays.

If you are sick, non-covid symptoms, please send me a heads up and I’ll have a mask ready for you, I’ll also wear one if I’m sick. If you've been exposed to anyone with covid or have any symptoms, you must cancel. No exceptions. I will not risk my health or that of my son's for a set of nails.

 

 **If you’re quite ill, please reschedule. I don’t want you stressing to make it to an esthetics appointment when you should be home resting!

Fees for services are due at time of service, As always, I accept debit, credit cards, cash and transfer. I do prefer cash as there are no fees incurred.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me via email at wishofbliss@gmail.com or through text at 250.212.0507.  I generally prefer texting to phone calls because this avoids miscommunication to a greater degree. Having said that, unless you're a referral from an existing client, our first contact should be via phone call.

I truly value all of my clients and their time and want to ensure appointments go smoothly for everyone, including me!
